IT-OnCall Services ("we," "us") operates itoncallservices.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run the business, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
When you call, email, or submit the request form, we receive the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company, preferred contact method, service location, requested date or time window, number of affected users or devices, equipment or system details, client or purchase-order references, your message, and any screenshots or files you choose to upload. We use this information to respond, scope and schedule work, provide services, maintain service records, and send invoices. We do not sell your information or send unrelated marketing blasts.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose, and depending on your Google settings, Google may also use advertising-related cookies. Server and security logs. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy) and our security and content-delivery service (Cloudflare) automatically record standard technical logs — IP address, date and time, pages requested, and browser type — which we use for security and troubleshooting.
Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers, which see your IP address as part of serving the request.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies on this site are primarily Google Analytics cookies (names beginning with
_ga), plus a Cloudflare cookie used for security. You can block or delete
cookies in your browser settings, install Google's
Analytics opt-out add-on,
or manage ad personalization at
adssettings.google.com.
The site works fine with cookies disabled.
Payments
Invoices are paid through Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout pages. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through, or get stored on, our website or servers. Stripe's practices are described in the Stripe privacy policy.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers that operate the website and business, including GoDaddy for hosting, SMTP2GO for transactional email delivery, Google for analytics, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare when security services are enabled, or when disclosure is required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and business records — including request references, uploaded support files, quotes, work orders, and invoices — for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, troubleshoot, document completed work, and meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or securely archived.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with modern browser security protections, and we apply industry-standard safeguards to the systems we control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but protecting systems is what we do for a living, and we hold our own to the same standard.
Your rights and requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we're required to keep). Email info@itoncallservices.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
Pages here may link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn or Stripe. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only itoncallservices.com.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
